We strongly encourage all participants who have not yet registered to do so as soon as possible, in order to facilitate the work of the conference secretariat and ensure that their registration kit is ready upon arrival. Thanks.

Registration Policy and Information

Full Conference Registration Includes: Presentation and publication of up to 2 papers, access to all sessions, welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks, technical visit and electronic proceedings. For submitting a 3rd and 4th paper, an extra paper fee of US$290 (RMB 2000) applies, and a maximum of four papers can be submitted under one full conference registration. Any further paper submissions will require a separate new full conference registration.
Full Conference Registration Includes: PES-Members-Full Conference, IEEE Members-Full Conference and Non-Members-Full Conference.
Student Full Conference Registration Includes: access to all technical sessions, welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks, technical tour, and electronic conference proceedings. Student Full Conference Registration does not grant eligibility for paper inclusion and indexing. For any accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings and indexed in IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex, at least one author of the paper must complete a Full Conference Registration.
Student Full Conference Registration Includes: IEEE PES Student Member-Full Conference, IEEE Student Member-Full Conference and Non-Member-Full Conference.

Each Paper Submission may contain up to five (5) pages.
During registration, you will be asked to provide the proof of your student status or your membership certification if that registration option has been selected.
For Chinese domestic participants, please select RMB payment.
For International participants, please select US$ payment.
To facilitate payment for participants, the conference has entrusted Universal Prosperity Exhibition & Convention (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (the conference service provider) with the responsibility of handling registration and fee collection and issuing the VAT Invoices and receipts matters.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received on or before 20 December 2026 will receive a full refund minus a USD$50 processing fee.
Cancellation requests received after 20 December 2026, there will be no refunds issued for any reason.
No show will incur a full charge.

Substitution Policy

All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address ieee.2027pesim@ncepu.edu.cn, no later than 20 December 2026.
